Class: Level 3B Listening
Ryan took care of housekeeping tasks at the beginning of class (attendance, and updates/info for the students). He started the class by going over vocab from their previous listening class through a system called Kahoot which turned the review into a game. Following this they did a second listening of a lecture about marriage. The students were given an outline of the lecture and had to take notes as they listened. Mr. Flemming would pause the lecture periodically to go over information and to cover vocab, which he would write on the board. He walked around the room and provided support to students. Following the lecture he assigned discussion questions for the next class. As a group the students then went over their notes to fill in any missing information.
